Policy formulation, policy guidance, implementation and management of the school affairs involve the following organs:
- Mukono Church Diocese
- The Board of Governors (BOG)
- The Parents Teachers Association (PTA)
- Mubanda Old Students’s Association (MOSA)
- The School management led by the Headmaster.
In addition, the students have elected Prefect’s and Students Councils that provide a communication bridge between them and the school administration as well as the opportunity to train in leadership.
